Hi,

I'm currently facing an issue with AccuRip. In order to print color correctly on textiles, we use a white background that will receive white ink. The problem is that Accurip only seperate visible colors, so I'm not able toi get my background. Is there an option that I can't check/unckeck in order to print that specific background ?

You need to change your background from white to a different color that is not being used in your image. This will cause the machine to recognize that color and you can print out the film for another screen.

Unfortunately, that does not work for me. I still get a blank film for that color. Isn't it because this particular color is behind everything else ? So since this color is not visible, AccuRip doesn't print it. It's pretty annoying, I could manually create a seperate file for the background, but this will but a waste of time/film.

What graphics program are you using? That doesn't sound like an Accu-Rip issue

Illustrator CS6
