Accu rip is not working

i get to the job board and it goes no where i have a epson 1400. i printed a test page with it and it worked fine tried there trouble shooting guide that didnt work either. wondering if i might have a port problem

PLEASE HELP

Could you elaborate more on the problem? Accurip overrides your program settings that you are working in. (ie. Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw) What program are you working in alongside Accurip?

Make sure you installed the proper driver for your printer model.
