Anyone know how access service mode on a F2000. My manual says press "ok" "menu" and "down arrow" while powering on but it's not working. The manual is from 2014 so I'm wondering if Epson changed the commands on newer firmware.

Never-mind. I was able to figure out how to access service mode but I don't see the menu I need.

Anyone know how to do the adjustment after replacing the capping station?

To close the loop on this for any future readers. I was replacing the capping station and the last step was to calibrate the cap adjustment. I believed this was done in service mode but it actually needs to be done via the service program. You'll need to download or buy the service program to do the adjustment.

Unfortunately neither the software or the manual was on the Epson website. If you google service or field manual and service program you'll find a couple of places you can buy the stuff from.
