I might be getting a job printing 50 black shirts that will be

they want the image in green.
I've never printed a white underbase before and was wondering if anyone has with the matsui opaque white and have done an underbase with them. is it just a coat or 2, flash, then the color on top of that? I've printed just white on black shirts before and its been 2 coats, flash, 1 coat, through a 156 mesh.

I don't have the sufficient ventilation to get into discharge printing.

any help would be awesome, thanks!

OK I did it last week for the first time and it worked well. All you need to do is print the whole image w/o seperation and burn that into a screen. Then take that print put on the Patton and reg them all. Pass flash pass flash the white and then do the other colors as well

update on this;
I had a 2 color job, white/red on black shirts, white was matsui opaque, and red was the transparent.
did a white underbase, print/flash/print, and when I went to put the red on, it came out very inconsistant. as if the white ink was resisting it.
eventually I ended up using a rounded squeegee and print/flash/printing the red to get a good coat, but it was a huge pain in the ***.
