I am not a screen printer or pad printing...so maybe someone can shed light on this... A friend of mine..not a member of the forum has been doing screen/pad printing in his garage and I guess he is not in a bit of trouble...The local authorities in his area paid a visit...cited him for
1) doing business w/o license
2) no resale permit
3) use of toxic/hazardous material
4) unlawful discharge of waste into city sewer..
my questions are...are the substances used in screen printing or pad printing material that must be disposed of in a particular way...He does not have much excuse for the first two, but the last two may be problems... This is a California location that we may be a bit stricter here..or perhaps his local govenment may have restrictive laws..
any thoughts or information??
