So I've been searching extensively through the forums but I still can't figure out the best ink to use. They're blue shirts with a simple black chest print. Does anybody have any recommendations?

Thank you for your time and knowledge!

Being black ink shouldn't be a factor with dye migration. Add a stretch additive or buy a poly ink with stretch. The biggest trouble with printing a stretch material is some one will always order a small when they really need a large. When the put it on the garment will stretch but it exceeds the limits of the ink and the customer will complain about the inks cracking.

Standard plastisol should work fine since it's black ink. But, I hate spandex! If at all possible, just get a 100% poly garment. We often get cracking with spandex blends like that. It's hit or miss too, like 30-50% of the order will be cracking in certain sections of the print. I always warn the customer first about spandex, then they can decide.
Best wishes!
