Hey there, I'm really liking the way print mojo is set up, but I have a few questions concerning it all.

a) Is the fulfillment fee of 3.50 per shirt, no matter the size of the order? (So for instance, if i ordered the minimum of 25 shirts, it would be 87.5 dollars in fulfillment fees?

b) Will I have to do color separations for designs, or does printmojo handle that?

c) In regards to how their online store works, I think it says something like you pay upfront for the order, then when shirts get bought, after a certain period they send you a check. But, what if i get shirts sent to me? Do they just take off the amount for the shirts I got sent to me?

d) Is it possible to screen print gradients (For instance, a rising sun style stripe scheme that fades from red to white

If anyone is able to help, that would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Hopefully you have already gotten answers to these questions, but, just in case -

a) The fulfillment fee is per *order* not per shirt - so for every order that Printmojo fulfills for one of your customers the fee is $3.50 regardless of the number of shirts on that order. (This means it is to your advantage to encourage your customers to buy multiple shirts as this will increase your profit margin.)

b. PrintMojo will do color separations for you - in many instances there are no art fees associated with your order providing that you provide your art in a high enough resolution and one of their preferred file formats - but if there are going to be art fees they will let you know that up front before any work is done.

c. I am not exactly sure what you are asking with this question. You have to buy your inventory before it will be available to sell in your on-line store. You receive commission payments for any sales made after a period of time designed to allow payments to settle and any returns/exchanges/disputes to be resolved. You can order up to 1/2 of your stock to be shipped to yourself at any time, for the cost of shipping. No commissions or fulfillment fees are paid or charged for ship to self orders since no money is collected for the shirts themselves in those transactions.

d. I am sure that it *is* possible to print what you are describing, however, to determine the best technique for doing that, the # of colors that will be required, etc. I would recommend that you contact the printer directly and provide an image to them.

Hope this helps!
