A fat man from Malaysia seeking guidance

Hi guys,

As the title suggest, I am fat and from Malaysia. Recently bought a heat press set with no idea how to use it. Currently trying sublimation on mugs and polyester shirt. Would like to learn from anyone successfully done it before.
