Hi,
Our Breeze is cutting out with error message (8000100FC) Fatal Com Error!
I understand that this is something to do with the USB lead. I have changed the lead, changed the port checked the computer but it is getting worse.
Has anyone had this before?

Yes, changed computers, main boards, head boards, sensors (multiple ones!) We even changed out the power cord....
Everyday it has been different, sometimes the error pops right up when just trying to do a nozzle test, sometimes we can print for 2-3 hours with no problems. The error code will sometimes pop up even when we are not printing on it (stepping away for break or lunch) we will come back and it will have thrown the error.

We did clean those out, we are going to try to put in new relays today. Hopefully this will be the fix. We changed out a few fuses yesterday. It is a wait and see game. We need to have 2-3 days of no errors to believe it is fixed.

It is strange because there are days we can get a few hours before the error shows up and other days it could be at the first nozzle test.

We have some form of anti-virus on all 5 of the computers running all 5 of our breeze's and this is the only one that gives this error consistently - still it might be worth checking out, perhaps there is something different about the way it runs or is set up on that particular machine that is making it cut out, in any case I will take a look can't hurt, thanks for the idea!
