That's great to hear someone has been using the tjet that long. I know others that have had theirs a long time but you are the longest that I know of. You should have another few good years left. Even though parts aren't made anymore you can still find them. Print heads are not as readily available as they used to be but can still be found. They are also more expensive. Now is the time to buy and keep an inventory so you can keep getting more mileage out of your printer.

Ditto on the print head. I work with a DTG HM-1 and I could order the epson heads for around $350-400 a few years ago. Now they are over $500.

I have had my t jet 2 for four years now its the best investment i have made its a shame parts are getting hard to find

These printers are simple to use and where better made than what many people say.

They are very simple to use. Easy to keep clean, easy to replace parts, and parts were cheap at the time.
