70-denier nylon with PVC coating*

Can you apply a heat transfer to this material? any reccomendations how?

I am not sure but a lot of these materials are for "waterproof" applications so they may have an additional waterproofing agent added which would also be a concern.

There are a few different products that can be applied to nylon, ranging from full color digital transfers to some types of heat transfer vinyl. Since nylons can be finicky and have different types of coatings, you should really test the adhesion first. A good supplier will send you samples of material to try with your fabrics.
