I recently had a business approach me that needs the rainbow in their logo printed. They have
24 mens T-shirts black, 24 womens V-Neck T-shirts green, and 12 Tank tops Purple.

The logo on the front is all the same. Small chest logo for branding. The logo on the V-neck womens and mens T's is the same. The logo on the back of the tank tops is different than the rest of the logo.

What is the best way to price a miracle? I have to my estimate 21 screens on 60 shirts?? Like really. I need a DTG wholesale price, but when I outsourced it it was $9.85 before garment from someone that says thats what they do is wholesale DTG.. I can screen them cheaper.

Any recommendations.. The sizes are 3.5 left chest and full back pieces.

that's the issue, it's about 10$/unit to DTG and probably only about 2$/unit to screen print. however your initial costs with screen printing (21 screens, films, setup..) is probably over 600$. on 60 units it's expensive.

when i got nightmare jobs like that and wanted to get it done, we went 4c process route. This used a few less screens

Do a big gang sheet of transfer from Dowling.....Or at least give them a price that way.....
