Does anyone know who to clean the top plate of my 6N1 heat press?

Are you referring to the heat side or the metal side ?
If the heat side, take a few sheets of plain paper and press onto them until all the ink comes off.

EZ-Off Heat Press Cleaner works great for removing all kinds of stuff that accumulates on the underside of your heating platen...
