Hello all, I am new to this forum because i feel like i have exhausted all my options and a lot of my money. I was really fat like 340lbs and the 3xl-4xl shirts always fit me fine. I lost a bunch of weight and now i am 180lbs and i wear an XL but everytime i buy a T-Shirt one of two things. 1. XL fits great then i wash it and it shrinks and is wayyy too tight or 2. Shirt fits until i reach for something aand the sleeves ride up to my shoulder. I absolutely hate this. I just want a shirt that will fit in the sleeves and not ride up or shrink too much so this doesnt happen.

Do you guys have any ideas or brands? fabric types? tricks? i do not care how much the shirt is.

THANK YOU

buy blends 50/50, 35/65, these shrink very little compared to 100% cotton

heathers are always blends, athletic grey is usually the only outlier that is 90/10

Style affects the size... so two XL shirts can be totally different in width and height.
Most brands will give you the actual measurments for each size in inches, and this is what you need to check when buying.
Cotton shirts will shrink so buy one size up.
Shirts with 40% or more polyester content will remain true to size.
