I am currently trying to print a graphic onto some 50/50 shirts. I did a test run on 100% cotton and the print looks fabulous...nice and smooth etc. When I began running the 50/50's the print looked "hairy" and up close as if the ink was "oozing" into the fabric and leaving a "screen" type pattern...what gives???? Should I wash to 50/50's to fluff the material a bit before printing them???

I havent really worked with 50/50 but i think they require a low bleed ink ?

low bleed ink is needed only when printing light ink on dark garments.
