330tx stopped printing Red

After narrowing it down, the red ink line will not prime manually or with the pump. I have wetcapped it overnight in super nozzle cleaner thinking it was a clog, and it hasn't helped. Still waiting to hear from omniprint but does anyone have any ideas?
could be a damper but work with tech, make sure to request a tech ticket under support on our web site, it helps put you in order for call back.

It was either airlocked or clogged at the damper. I used the big syringe that came with it to clear it from the bottom of the damper and manually prime the red line. No problems since then.What was the problem/solution?
