31" Vinyl Express R-Series Vinyl Cutter

I am looking at getting a 31" vinyl Express R-Series vinyl cutter. The package I am looking at getting comes with FlexiSign Vinyl Express LXI Expert Software w/Scanning & Vectoring. Will this allow me to do logos on shirts or will I need different software/vinyl cutter?

Flexi Sign is a good package and includes vectorization.

FlexiSIGN

This software will send your artwork to your cutter, vectorize it, lay it out on your vinyl, etc.

The logos, you will need to design them or get those from somewhere. I don't think it includes logos like VinylMaster does.
