We've decided to bring our screenprinting in-house. Currently, we do DTG, sublimation, plastisol transfers, vinyl etc... Ideally, I'd like to keep the cost around $25k for everything but could go a bit higher if it would make a big difference.
Most of our prints are under 5 colors with one or two being 7 color. Looking for suggestions on an 8 color manual which hopefully should suffice with room to add a flash. A used auto would be awesome but leary of buying something so complicated without a warranty and unless I'm missing something there's nothing new anywhere close to our price range.
Gas or electric dryer. Electric would be an easier install but we do have gas in the building if need be.
Screen burning setup, washout, flash etc...
