I have a new School Customer that uses heat pressed flock for their logo - this would not be a problem, to cut and weed, other than they are 2 colors. Like a White flock with green printing on them or green w/ white. Only Place I have found that will do these is a company called fiberlok, but the have high minimums. It is a small school, could use 5-600 of these at a time, but in 3 different colors, like 200 of each, but really do not need 1000+ Does anyone know how these are done? or have any ideas of another place to purchase already made to press on.

Thanks!

I have a cutter, but their current logos were purchased - it is not layered, it is actually 1 layer of flock - I will get one and try to put on a picture of it shortly. Thanks for your help.

It looks like a printed flock. Fiberlok has a sublimatable flock and this looks like what it might be made from.
You could try cutting it from two colors of flock and have them puzzle piece together so it is only one layer. However this design is detailed so it may be a bit of a challenge.

Duh! I just happened to remember Imprintables Warehouse sells a digital media Flock Print. I don’t know if they are set up to print your designs on this material, you might want to give them a call. Their link is on the left side of the page.
