I set up my WF1100 today, downloaded my color profile and printed my first files.
My first attempt on aluminum plate come out nice except the gray come out with a blue tint.
My second print for a shirt printed very dull and my oranges came out redish and the black was dull.

I'm guessing the 2nd print may have been due a to poor quality photo, is there a trick to getting vivid colors on shirts?

It's not enough to just download a profile and start printing, you must set up your graphic application and your printer driver. I assume you were given these instructions? Also, is your image bitmap or vector?

I am printing on Vapor shirts and pressing for 50 sec at 390.
I did set up my icc profile in Corel.
My first print was a vector on aluminum and came out good, the second was a photo given to me I thought was of good quality but it may be the culprit.

To confirm your setup print and sublimate the PDI target file in the link below on a white substate. It needs to be a "good" white, not an offwhite substrate. It is a perfect photo, in other words it's known to be good.

Photo printing is never 100% perfect for bitmap photographs, but a good sublimation setup the results should be acceptable.

After printing and transfering the PDI target file let us know the results.

If it does not print and transfer very well then there are other things we can look at, but that is the best way to go forward. Use a known good image on a simple white substrate.

Vectors have other considerations which we can get to later, but the PDI file can prove or disprove your setup.
