18 x 24 Films... How do you do it?

I'm trying to figure out the easiest best way to expose a screen from film for an 18 x 24 sign.
I checked Kinkos, the largest they can do is 11 x 17. I guess you can do 2 and tape together. $2.98 each

I also thought about getting a piece of tempered glass and cutting vinyl to place on it, I have a cutter. Maybe $20 for the glass.

I also found vellum paper at the office supply store, but it's about $30 for 50 sheets. Not sure if that would even work for a screen exposure.

Maybe get a local shop to do a large transparency for me. Cost??

Anyway, I'm just guessing on my ideas, so any input would be greatly appreciated.
I know you experts always have better ideas!
Thanks,
Glenn

if your design is simple and notthat complicated, the glass and vinyl could be the easiest way. i tape transparancies together if i have to get that big design.
Since you have a cutter, use clear back vinyl to cut out your design. Weed and there you have a transparency.
What brand vinyls use a clear backing? All the rolls I have use
white paper, except for the thermoflex/easyweed. They are in
14" rolls. I'm sure someone has 18" though. Is there something
else in regular vinyl that would not be as expensive?
Thanks,
Glenn

You can also use Amerberlith (or Rubylith). It's cuttable, very thin and is Red. It blocks UV with no issues whatsoever.
