... I've decided to pursue my long forgotten dream at making the big buck (as in $1) at something that is seemingly my fashion of choice nowadays. (Must be the age thing). More then likely tho I'll probably just be supporting the economy by spending my hard earned cash on all the supplies and new equipment that I'll need to help decorate my house in 100% cotton; Well the walls do need painting again. -- So living (actually really dieing) in touristy Florida you would think that the market for vacation apparel sales is saturated, but I, non-plussed and brazen from hugh quantities of (well let's not mention that) has decided to forgo all reason and throw all caution to the wind as I, yet again, seek my fortune in an unfortunate career. (In the best Jewish accent I can muster: "I really should have been a Doctor") But, God bless America tho, that at least I can do it!

Cool another Floridian, AWESOME!!!! Good luck. do you have any back ground in screen printing?
15 or so Years ago when I decided that what I was doing for work was KILLING me I started to investigate t-shirt printing, specifically screen printing. I was working outside in the hot Florida sun and being light (Irish) skinned I decided I wanted to work inside in air conditioning. So I found a local guy in Pompano Beach who was building screen printing equipment and took a short introductory course from him. The only problem tho was that you can't really do screen printing inside an air conditioned space because at some point your going to be using chemicals that, well, can destroy your health in an enclosed environment. Now that my have changed over the course of years, but having shortly later run into a hugh screen printing business, I came to see that the real printing, and not the computer design facet, was being done in hugh open and Florida hot/humid warehouses. Think 100 degrees. So at that point I realized that I may as well stay in the air conditioning business where I was making gobs more money instead of battling it out in a competitive screen printing business. So now I'll just do transfers inside with a brand new unused machine I bought years ago.
