Does anyone know if Printfection plans on incressing its maxamum print area? The current print area is 13.5" x 16.5" for standard apparel is quite small to be honest.

Nowadays you can pick up a full face graphic t-shirt from most big box department stores for around $10.

The fact that the printing area is so small really limits the appeal of the shirts. We are asking our customers to spend upwards if not more than $10 dollars extra for a t-shirt with half the printed area...and its just not happening.

I would love to be able to have my design to be printed from top to bottom off the shirt and even logos on the sleeves.

I love Printfection, the quality of the products are top notch and the ability to completely customize your shop is great.

You are not going to see all-over printing in these fulfillment one-offs. It is not cost-effective. Most of them are using DTG inkjet printing which has a limited print area. The largest coverage I've seen is with Red Bubble. Both of them are considerably larger than Cafepress. Those all-over prints you see in malls are (sometimes) cheap because they are high-volume orders screen printed, still the cheapest way to print large runs. One-offs are ALWAYS going to be expensive because they are made to order. What's to complain about? Someone else has taken on all the risk and overhead, all you have to do is upload your work. And you're griping about an imprint area that is larger than what is still considered the standard adult size imprint area of 12 x 12 or 12 x 14.
