Hey guys I had to run a job half on 60/40 blend Polos that had a really deep weave and the other half on 100% Black Polyester.

I was actually surprised at how well it prints and my wash tests were perfect.

Sorry I only just saw your reply.

I didn't increase the resolution but I did run the printer on the slowest speed.

I added about 10% more white ink.

I also ran double white with a pause in-between and cured at a much lower temp for an extra 5-6 minutes.

Aslong as you get the pre treat right you don't need to lay huge amounts of white ink down. Some of my earlier attempts just soaked white ink right through the polo.

These were printed on a Kornit Storm II with genuine inks.
