I started my company Think It Ink It THINK IT INK IT exactly one year ago today knowing absolutely nothing about the apparel business and only went to one show before jumping into this business and I happy to report that I am still standing. I have 15,472 prints on my 361 and everyone of them was done by me as I am a ONE MAN SHOW. Only issue I have had was I lost one white head and Brother replaced it at no cost to me. My total sales have been $149,200.00 and I managed to profit close to $48K the first year and I just put the business up for sale lol, ya I know people think I am crazy for wanting to sell just when things are taking off but I get board very quickly and once I prove to myself I can do something it's time to move on so if anyone in Vegas wants to buy a very successful business let me know, asking $75K

Bottom line I have not had any issues with my Brother and I do highly recommend it. Sure their are other printers that print a little better but I am not looking to win any contests I am looking to make money and the Brother has proven that it can do that. My advise to anyone looking to get into this business or any business, just do it, quit talking yourself out of doing something. Business plan ha ha ha what is that? If I would have made a business plan I probably would have never started the business. Commit and make it happen, if you give good customer service in this business you will succeed. Good Luck

Brothers are great machines and great money makers : )
541 is going on 5th year with no major issues, one dead head and that's it, clean it maybe every month and half.
Getting a conveyer dryer soon for 381 to get softer feel print and better colors when dried, eventually wanna get a Kornit, only for reduced print cost, and productivity.
Pretreating each shirt is time killer and also certain color shirts have issue staining badly/bleaching
