£4,000 to start with, what equipment should I buy?

HELLO! I am hoping to start a small business from home soon, I'm looking to do reasonably high quality intricate designs, I would like your advice on what i should purchase, primarily the heat press & cutter. My budget is £4,000 british pounds.

All help extremely appreciated!! THANKS!
