Default Brand New Machine, Cyan Printing Too Light

We just got our new TexJet Echo machine today, and the cyan is printing SUPER light. We can't figure it out. Blue nearly looks white, and greens look like pale chartreuse - which is all about the cyan channel.
It's not the file or the ink, nozzle checks are perfect. We think its the color profile somewhere, but the tech is literally HERE, and can't figure it out either.
We've tried saturation, various file types, switching to cmyk, adjusting many settings in the rip.
The rip is pretty new, so it's new to the Tech also. Any ideas?
thank you.

Hello LeahStrrm88,

which software version are you using?
can you please reply with the SN of the printer? It is written at a label at the back of the TexJet Echo.

It turns out it was the color profile. I guess the software is new, and the technician had just been recently trained on it, but after about 4 hours, he worked it out. Then the whites started being dull, and we finally figured that out, it was the pre-treat. The image armor was making everything bad, but the one we used for our old freejet from omni print made the whites much better.
