Unhappy Advanced Plus (ECHO)

Hello,
I've got problem with my Polyprint TexJet ECHO. Inside this printer is EPSON P800.
In last week i change headprint, and she print just 3 t-shirt and mainboard deads.
I bought yesterday new printer EPSON P800 and i change mainboard. Printer run, computer find she but thai is all. After few seconds i see errors 0x150D and 1601. I search this errors in google, but I don't find anything. I desperate.
I call and write message from my service, but nobody request. I send e-mail to from Greece producent but he to not request.
I search in web service manual, but in unobtainable just consumer manual. In consumer maual it's not errors code

Maybe you knows what mind this errors?

Hello Aziza1881 and Minidrukarnia,

unfortunately you cannot use electronic parts from Epson P800, despite TexJet Echo uses this engine. They are modified.


Please contact your local resellers or reply here with the SN of your TexJet and your country to make sure one of our dealers technicians contact you.

I just got a new TexJet Echo last week. In my manual here is the write up on the 1601.


There is a wrong movement of the pallet in the printer startup. Remove the snap on or easy table platen from the printer tower and try to start up the printer without any platen. If the printer starts up correctly place the replace the platen and continue working normally. Take advice from service personnel to fix the adjustment of the platen movement.
During maintenance mode, the print head could not be parked to parking position. Before exiting the shutdown maintenance with SHIFT F2 move manually the print head to its parking position (to the far right position) and press SHIFT F2 to exit. This will avoid the Service call 1601 error.


Hope this helps, good luck. Nubie to TexJet, not to DTG. Had Anajet for 10 years.

Thanks for all answers. Now i have not this problem with my echo. I bought a new p800 and now i have to buy another one . Threat will be closed.

Polyprint can you tell me what is "modified" in echo, because I don't think so.....
Polyprint modifile the money for a parts. I bought and used P800 and all works. 3880 also works with Echo
