Default Image armor ink on texjet plus

Hi everyone.

Has anyone used image armor ink on the texjet plus with no probs?

I have the ink and the cmyk prints ok but the White is not printing.... Maybe because it is to thick?

Hi Dave,

If I remember correctly, you are located in the Europe. There are a lot of European users that have problems with white IA ink. Just see the topic about these inks

https://www.t-shirtforums.com/direct-...532546-31.html

What's more interesting, people from US don't have so much problems.

It may be something with transport/distribution chain...

Got it all sorted now as got a new supplier for the printer parts like ink systems etc a lot cheaper as well. So fitted the parts and did my own testing.

I'm using IA cmyk and the DuPont white and getting a good wash as well. So saved me £££ by not using the DuPont power cmyk and DuPont pretreament

16ltr of IA pretreament and 1ltr of each colour cmyk (not the White) will cost me £600 here not like the DuPont as that will hit me for £966 for the same thing!!!

The pic is a logo I printed with the two ink brands and pretreatment and washed at 40c for a good 2hr wash. (hate taking pics on a phone as the light in the room can make it lighter than normal)

Still using it now...... the only problem I had was getting the image armor white to print. I use dupont white and image armor cmyk and pretreatment. All tops wash very well and good colours also tge cost for the ink and pretreatment is a lot cheaper!
