[TEXJET] printing problem with white and colored

Exclamation printing problem with white and colored

after installing the new software version 6.6.2 I notice that in the press of both the white and the colored (black) images and especially the texts come not to register. I attach the photo to view my problem, someone happened something like this?

maybe the heads are not aligned?

Hi,

I think that this just a height adjustment issue. Make sure to adjust the table properly via the AUTO button. If the media has any stitches or buttons, make sure that the height is perfect only on the actual printing surface (but, in this case you should also make sure that the print head is not touching the fabric during printing).
the change of the RIP version, doesn;t have to do with this result. Just make sure that you are using the same settings as before. If you are not sure, please consult your local texjet plus distributor.
