Hi Peter sorry for the delay. I find you have to bleed the colour layer over the white in some images. I have had this problem a few times and dose seem to come and go, this I believe is a software issue or just a design problem. Some rip software allows you to throttle back the white I use a action in Photoshop to do this. One thing I did check is the rear sensor to make sure it was set up right. You should also check that the clamp on your shirt is not to tight this can also have an effect by pulling the shirt during the process
