  1. Dye Sublimation
    I've talked to SawGrass and they say the printer is non-recoverable. I've cleaned the paper feed belt, but 57001 pops up every time I turn the printer on. It then turns to SC (20400) and I've attempted everything the SawGrass tech could thing of, but nothing changes. Anybody have any ideas?
