Default Putting shirts on pallet straight

I got a job as a screen printer about 3 weeks ago with no knowledge or experience before hand. Iím running a sportsman EX 10 color. Iíve gotten much better at putting shirts on straight and fast, and removing them quickly but still having some issues with crooked prints. Most of our prints tend to be crests or designs that only go about a third down the shirt or less. With these I can get the shirt on and lined up perfect in about 6 seconds using the armpit seams as a reference. My problem is when the customers choose cheaper shirts like some of the Gildan lines the top of the shirt can be perfect but the bottom half is slightly twisted if that makes sense. With shirts with a seam I can simply feel to make sure the seams are equidistant on both sides. This poses a problem for our large prints like 14 inches tall and up because the angle becomes very obvious especially in like a 2x and larger. Any tips for keeping them straight would be greatly appreciated
