Default WOW Transfer paper issues

I am reaching out after much frustration with my Oki 8432. It is not the machine that I have issues with it is the paper.

I have been using TMT Wow 7.8 for 2.5 years with mostly success.

In December I had an order of 20 pieces to do (full color image). I did 4 successful transfers right in a row from an open box of A3 that I was using. I immediately opened another box I had on hand and I was unable to do a transfer. The material just sticks. To me it actually "feels" different when I am pulling it back.

My press is an insta 256 and is brand new. It was factory tested before it got here. I have also tested it. My building has sound wiring so I don't believe there is not enough electrical to run my press properly. It is a commercial building not my home or garage.

They have tried to work with me with no success. They have sent several boxes out but the same thing keeps happening. I have literally done thousands of these transfers in the last 2.5 years so I am honestly thinking that it is not my technique or my equipment.

The big question is.....what is it? I have tried every time/temp/pressure setting between 285 and 240/ 30 sec to 20 min./ light to med. My rep has done the same exact print that I am trying to do with no issues at all.

This post is not to knock the machine or the vendors I am really interested to hear if anyone has had a similar story? Have you had product working and then suddenly it didn't without you changing anything? Was it ever resolved?

I have literally been shut down since Mid. December. Even when I was a newbie I picked it up pretty quickly so honestly I am reaching out here to see if anyone can help.

I feel stuck because I have TMT RIP so if using other paper they recommend purchasing a whole new RIP that calibrates to their paper. That is an expense I just don't have right now especially being down so long.
