Default Printing white on 50/50

Hey guys, what's the best way to print white on a black 50/50? Every time I try the shirt color bleeds through. We use Union plastisol inks.

Try a low bleed white made for poly. I use union cosmic or eclipse white. You may need to use a Barrier Grey, Flash, then White.

I've had good luck with the above mentioned whites but you will have to print, flash, print the white for good opacity.

One more thing. Those Inks are designed to be cured under 300 degrees F.
I think they cure around 280. The die in poly/Blend garments releases as a gas if the garment gets to 320.
That's what causes the die migration and color change. Keep an eye on your dryer temp. You may need to stack them separately as I've seen shirts in a pile cause die migration as well. Always test one before a production run.
Be careful not to use Regular Cotton Inks with your low bleed inks as that could cause your cotton inks not to fully cure.
That's my two cents.
