Default Is this ink bad? This is driving me insane.

I am having one of the most frustrating problems with my discharge white ink. I've always for years, used Ryonet's Discharge White ink. Recently i received a gallon where no matter what i did, I could not get good prints out of it. The date on the gallon was a year old. I even did side by side prints using the same variables with my remaining batch of "good" ink. The results were like night and day. Is something specific causing this? Ive tried less activator, adding a touch of water, its like the pigment weird or something, I cant explain it!

They sent me a replacement gallon from the same warehouse with the same date on it, and Im getting the exact same results.

In the image, the one thats is clearly bright is my "good" ink, the one thats faded is what i get when i use the new batch. Obviously this cures and looks awful. Both shirts in the picture are uncured, no underbase, one print each. Again neither of these have been flashed/discharged yet, they are both wet.

It seems that your shirts are just not discharging. Some batches of shirts (Alstyle and now some Gildan Softyles) just don't charge properly.Apparently it has something to do with the process of dyeing or redyeing the cotton.Especially on black.I've had many runs that it'll do that between smalls and mediums for example.
