Default SG-800 and Reveal-S

I have an SG-800 and am wondering why when I print on reveal-s transfer paper and press the shirt it doesn’t always transfer the color fully.. sometimes it looks vivid and bright .. sharp.. other times I get a faded transfer with barely any color .. hit and miss.. I follow all the proper settings on my virtuoso print manager that is specified by vividness chemical but have this issue often .. I have also left it on more than the required time specified and it helps a little but not a lot .. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never used the system, but shouldn't you be using Reveal SR paper with the SG 800, not Reveal S?

The paper is only recomended for bold designs, not photos or complex graphics.
Accurate temp is critical so you need a top quality heatpress.

We do not recommend the Reveal S paper with the Virtuoso for exactly the results that you mentioned. It is designed for an Epson printer with Reveal inks to receive the best, consistent, results.
