Default I am trying to understand the ins and outs

I am kind of new to the T shirt business. I have the HTV down pat. I have tried the ink jet printable iron on (hate it, won't use it) My question is..... If I buy an Epson printer that uses pigment ink can I put the transfer on a cotton T shirt?

I keep reading post after post and just can't find the answer. TIA

Yes, it can be applied to a cotton shirt using inkjet transfer paper.
