Default Correct & cheaper way?

Hello all,

First let me say that I have read A LOT and decided that it was time to create an account so that I can ask for direct advice.

Secondly, on my tshirt production I want it to be as close to screenprinting as I can get it, as I don't have hours and hours to put forth to it.

Here is what I am thinking:

Having custom plastisol heat transfers created. My designs that are below contain 6+ colors on average to be printed on dark and light garments.

Would I better off investing in a printer to print my designs myself? I'd need to purchase 100 sheets to make the profit anywhere feasible.

What type of printer, ink, and paper would provide great results that won't break the bank?

I have 2,500 to spend on press, blanks, and transfers.

If you are looking for an alternative, consider farming out to a DTG printer.
