Default FlexiSign d60r offset settings help

Hello

I need some help. I buy Flexi 12. When I cut out the letters in flexi, they're jagged and ugly. This problem does not occur in WinPlot. I bought FlexiSign because in my opinion it is much more bettet. Can I get help how to set the offset knife in FlexiSign?
