Anyway I buy all me vectors on shutterstock and istockphoto and megapixi for use on my 10 websites with differents names. So if someone sues me I',m suing them lol... and they are a much bigger fish

Where on earth did you come up with this? Not a single word is true. Even if it were true of copyrights (which it isn't), using logos would be trademark infringement. So copyright laws wouldn't even apply. But please please please... for anyone reading this... it simply isn't true. There is no written law that substantiates a % of change will void copyright protection. Unless you can site a legal source, don't post this foolishness.

On what grounds would you sue them? You have no legal recourse against them; you know you are purchasing NHL logos without a license lol.
