Default Canadian wants to open a store

Hi. I am from BC Canada and was thinking of opening a store with Spreadshirt. My main concern is about the taxes, both in Canada and the US. How does it work with income tax, will I have to deal with the IRS or is it just Revenue Canada?
Question 2: How does Spreadshirt deal with Federal, State and provincial sales taxes?
Question 3: Are import duties levied by US/Canadian customs for the shipment of say 1-3 shirts?
I'm pretty sure I'm looking to travel a well worn trail and would like to know how people deal with these things.

Default Re: Canadian wants to open a store

Like all the other US sites that deal with money they ask you if you are from the US. Then they ask you again to make sure you answered no. After that you do whatever you want and they ignore all US money, taxes, IRS, etc. You would have to claim everything yourself. Or of course leave the cash in Paypal and say nothing. Depends on how much money you make.
