I have ran into this problem in the past using pretreatment on light green shirts. The image ended up with what appeared to be a box around it. It was a single color design with a transparent background. The heat press left a perfect square around the print where the pretreatment was applied.

Good Luck getting the shirts done on such a late notice. I could print them for you tonight but even with overnight shipping you would not get them in time.

I could print them for you tonight and ship them to NJ they might get there if I overnight them. But is the cost worth it you might want to pick up something on the way to the airport.

I would be interested in comments from other printers about the art file used.....To see if there were any issues with it.....

Even if the image had a white background the RIP software should have the option to not print white. I don't see how this could be an image issue. You would have to select the settings for a Dark Print and tell the software to print an underbase. Might be possible if you are in a hurry and not watching what you are doing. A more plausible scenario is wrong type of pretreatment was used.

Unfortunately FatKat is a bit too far out of the UPS range to make it to the NJ address by Christmas.

WholesalePrints, would you still be up for it? UPS claims shipment from Boston tomorrow would arrive by end of day on the 24th.

SickPuppy, in order for that to be pretreatment, they would have had to use a cut out template. The edge lines are simply too defined to be pretreatment. If it was a square, I would understand, but to have defined edges at angles, the only logical explanation is it's a transfer.
