Simple. No need at all for Powerdriver. Just install the correct ICC profile for your inks and print directly from Photoshop. I have two Ricoh SG3110DN's myself and have done this many times a week...

Banding is white, or light coloured lines at intervals across your page caused usually by blocked nozzles....
