Redsail RS720c does work with Flexi pro 10
I have been using the same setup for 2 yrs now.

The contour cutting feature does not work with the 720c

When I first started with the solvent I used a heat gun on a low setting to heat the vinyl up as it was entering the rear paper feed and exiting the print area, as the cd tray and the front plastic...

Hi,
I Have been using a 1430 for 6 month now that i converted over to ECO Solvent inks.
Did a few small simple mods to the machine for access and changed out the ink lines with a silicone lines....

not alot of 1900 at a reasonable price otherwise i would have done it,

Another thing to consider is the speed of the cutter. We had this problem when we were running it at high speed. We slowed it down a bit and it helped.

We have a WF7010 and I can't tell you how many meters of JPSS we have lost due to this kind of problem. Ours is extensive rather than just a curled corner. It doesn't feed correctly, full stop....
