Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

So far so good but I'm in the process of washing some so we shall see. I used my flash dryer to dry first. I did it several times for probably 3 minutes each time (I let the shirts rest in between...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

OK, I want to say thank you all for all of the wonderful information and help in this entire ordeal. Paypal refunded my money for everything except the $125 to ship it back to the seller. He has...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

Thanks! I actually went with the 4/2 instead of a 4/1 this time. I only have a simple flash dryer though (not a forced air flash and not a conveyor). When you said throw in the dryer, are you talking...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

I've got some fantastic news! Paypal ruled in my favor so I get to return the press package. YEA!!! I do have to pay for return shipping which I'm sure is a lot, but I'm still happy to get most of my...

Re: Best white plastisol ink? Ryonet White vs Green Galaxy Meteor White?

Gotcha! I wondered why when I see plastisol that says it's low bleed or for polyester, you wouldn't want to just use it for everything instead of having ink that can only print on one type of fabric...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

I used Paypal Buyer Credit which is like a credit account through Paypal. If I don't get resolution this way, I'll see about the company that backs Paypal Buyer Credit (I think it's GE Capital or...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

I've tried to open claims in both eBay and Paypal but since it's outside the 45 days now they won't let me even initiate one to plead my case. I get an error message that says sorry but the 45 day...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

Well, unfortunately apparently he has decided to not even give me the partial refund anymore. I packed up the press Wednesday to ship it back, but was just waiting on the return address. His email...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

I should've also noted that I couldn't adjust my platen to come into contact with my frame because my design is burned in the middle of the screen and I have too much blank space at the top and...

Re: Screen printing 2 colors not sharp

The registration gate is snug, but the arm will go down easily (when the screen is out). With the screen in it doesn't fit all the way down and doesn't rest on the screw underneath (that keeps the...
