Under your general preferences there is an option that says : scale strokes and effects. That'll fix your problem if you don't want to create them to shapes.

Ah...didn't know you could do that. I just figured you had to manipulate their templates with html and were limited to some sort of format. I'll have to try out the demo. Thanks!

Oh ok. Yeah I know whatever I use will require html work. With paypal I just drop in the code and move stuff around as needed, but I just put the code where I want in the design rather than taking...

ah ok thanks. Have you tried this one? I really don't want to have to modify templates to get what I want, and this one looks like it can just integrate into an existing site.

haha, man I laughed when I read this because I get Word documents ALL the time with customer logos. I just usually select the object and cut and paste. Then recreate it.

I hate to say it, but without seeing the actual image it looks like you may have to do go the manual route with the pen tool. Is there any way you can post it so we can see?

You might want to try some screen opener, it's pretty potent stuff and may help get some of the ink out of the screen.
