You could separate it yourself in photoshop this way:

change your file to CMYK.

Go to the channels page and look at the cmyk channels separately. You are going to use these as a starter place...

Here is my process:

I am using a wagner paint sprayer.Mixing the pretreat 50/50 with distilled water. Hanging the shirt on the wall, spraying it well and then rolling it with a foam paint roller....

I am new to direct garment printing and this dark garment printing has me baffled. I cannot get smooth prints. There is always shirt hairs in the print that lead to white spots in the colored areas...
