Thanks, you confirmed what I was thinking. The emulsion was thick and after 24 hours some spots still seemed wet., Humidity is also a factor that I need to work on. Thanks for the advise

I only do shirts for a Veteran organization I belong to. I wonder if I could save my emulsion by splitting the diazo and emulsion at a half or quarter at a time. Basically sensitizing as I need it.

Here's what happened. I waited 2 hrs for the coat to dry. Put my stencil on to burn. When that was completed I washed of the screen . All the emulation AND design washed right down the drain. :mad:
