Re: DTG Viper 00010000

Marco, this error is related to the PF Motor Encoder. If you look on the side of the printer, there should be an encoder wheel. Check to make sure it's clean, has no obstructions and all connections...

Re: Identify this dryer

I would have them open the electric panel and see if there is a name on any of the boards. If it's a chinese import, it's going to be slim as to who would recognize it.

Re: DTG M2(RIP PRO C6) Misalignment with 2nd pass print

Ticket times have been decreasing and I know the support team has been more aggressive in working on assisting. Someone else has been added to the DTG team who's been doing really well at addressing...

Re: DTG M2(RIP PRO C6) Misalignment with 2nd pass print

Ok, sorry I misread your RIP version: V6 is the iproof RIP and C6 is the CadLink RIP. If there is a misalignment like this using C6, chances are the RIP isn't the issue since the choke works...

Re: DTG M2(RIP PRO C6) Misalignment with 2nd pass print

It's definitely a choke issue. I've not with RIP PRO C6 for the M2 but chances are it's no different than using that software with another printer. In order for the choke to work properly, you must:...

Re: Has anyone tried Waterbased transfers by F&M

F&M is a very reputable company, if they make the claim, I'd highly doubt it would be anything different.

That being said, you can order their free sample pack which should include these transfers...

Re: Metallic ink on Roland Printer - Pros and Cons

Not a fan...

I have metallic and eventually ended up just using a cleaning cartridge in its place. As already mentioned, it's expensive but I find it's not real durable. It looks cool but rubs off...

Re: Waste Ink: Reusable...?

Nope. In the end you would save a few bucks on ink, but lose hundreds of dollars buying a new print head.

Re: Have any of you tried the EBS260 handheld inkjet printer

Best is relative to what method of printing you are doing. Most people will use a hat heat press, there's a good handful out there. Stahl's, George Knight, Hix are a few good brands to look into.

Re: Have any of you tried the EBS260 handheld inkjet printer

I've seen someone do it but in all reality, the print resolution is low and you are very limited on what you could do with it. I'm not saying you couldn't make a go at it, I'm saying the feedback on...

No worries, we are still here. Yes a merger happened and yes ColDesi is the banner company, but what does this actually mean? Both BelQuette and ColDesi saw the value each company possesses and can...

Re: Edge Pretreater

30" wide by a total of 48" depth, but you don't need a table that large since the platen module can hang off the edge of the table.

It is a bagged system.

There is tubing that you can...

Re: Belquette Edge Pretreater is it worth the extra $$$

In our testing, we found that with more liquid, it fills in the gaps better than misting it on. Of course, you don't want to use an excessive amount of pretreat so it's formulated to compensate for...

Re: Belquette Edge Pretreater is it worth the extra $$$

It's the way you line up the shirt on the platen, then our software gives you the ability to expand your mask so it doesn't have to be perfect placement. Loading the shirt the collar as the starting...

Re: GTX Owners - Honest Feedback

I don't have a GTX but I do know you can print in one or two passes. If you are printing in one pass, you will never get the vibrancy that you can in two. One pass means you would have to limit the...

Re: Epson 2000 error 1410

This has to do with the maintenance unit (assuming this is the Epson F2000). The general fix for this is to replace the pump cap assembly which would have to be done by EPSON.

Time is money and proof positive that Printer 2 knows this. Sounds like you already know the answer and would do better with Printer 2.
